Shrimp Etouffee

My friend Vanessa was moving into a new apartment and after her last trip to Houston, she came back with several bags of shrimp. So rather than having to move them with her, she decided to give me two bags. I hadn’t made shrimp etouffee before, but I know I loved it so I decided to try out this recipe. I had everything except for the clam juice, but it still turned out really yummy.
