Mother

Mother, originally uploaded by krisalis903.

This is the Mother’s day card I made for my mom this year. Luckily I remembered to take a picture of it before I gave it to her :)

Can you believe I haven’t purchased a rubber stamp set since last Christmas? Believe it! I’ve grown so in love with acrylic stamps that I have yet to buy anything else lately. Oh wait, scratch that. I think I did buy one rubber stamp when they were on sale at Hobby Lobby a few weeks ago, but that was it.

This stamp set was my first purchase from Papertreyink.com and it’s not likely to be my last. I was so impressed with the quality of their product as well as the care with which they took in packaging my purchase that it’s likely I’ll be buying my Father’s day stamp set from here as well.

Supplies
Stamps: Mother from Papertreyink
Card Stock and Paper: Stampin Up So Saffron, Kaisercraft
Trim: Velvet scalloped trim from Creative Imaginations, American Crafts flowers, Creative Imaginations pearl brad
Tools: Martha Stewart multi-butterfly punch
