Mmm… Rabbit Food…

Mmm… Rabbit Food…, originally uploaded by krisalis903.

Ok, so I’ve half-heartedly started on the Zone diet again. Not that I don’t want to, I do, because clearly the pros just outweigh the cons. But I am, by nature (and probably genetics), a food person. I love delicious food. Food that makes me go, "OH MY GOD GIVE ME MORE." Unfortunately with the Zone diet, my response to the food is, "Oh my god, what else do I have to eat in this stinkin’ meal plan?" BUT… I cannot complain too much because I’m eating less processed food, and more lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables… all of which I know are so good for me. Plus this is only the introductory week so I know it won’t last long. Still it’s tough when you love things like deep fried stuff. Mmm fried stuff.

  1. You go girl!!! I’m doing the rabbit food diet, too…it’s not to bad after a while. Our rule is that we have a salad every night (or fresh vegetable/fruit), fruit with every meal…cut out the sugar. It’s hard. No you know why we left the ice cream at your house :)

  2. lol that was a smart move. Though now I have this delicious ice cream that’s staring at me in the face everytime i open my freezer! I may take it over to my parents house this weekend to avoid the temptation :)
