Craftmemo.com No More?

What happened to Craftmemo.com? I was going to update my inventory when I discovered the host wasn’t resolving. Gone for good? That makes me sad.

  1. Noooooooooooooo! (Rolling eyes) now I have to revert to my spreadsheet again…

  2. Never fear! I’ve started on my craft database again :) Unfortunately I had to start from the beginning since my computer crashed, but at least I have a fairly good memory :)

  3. I guess Craft Memo IS gone. I’m a little crushed at this. I knew the gal was biting off more than she could chew but I uploaded anyway. Now, I’ve lost all of my inventory information. It was my own foolishness but from her it was rude and cruel. Nothing comes free, eh? I may switch to a paper notebook, lol.

  4. Yeah, I was totally bummed too :( I still haven’t found an adequate replacement either. I’ve found other craft inventory software that you have to pay for, but nothing that’s really convinced me enough to buy it.

In the meantime I’ve been working on an Access Database to manage my craft inventory. It’s a little clunky but it serves its purpose fairly well :)

And yeah, I wish she’d at least notified users that it was going to be taken down. At least that would’ve given everyone the opportunity to export their inventory!
