Love You a Latte

This card was inspired by a technique featured in one of the latest issues of Paper Crafts Magazine. I basically punched out several different sizes of Taken with Teal card stock from Stampin Up, inked the edges, and adhered them to a sheet of the same color.

The one circle that has the American Crafts Flair button is adhered using pop up dots and outlined using a white pen.

Ok, so I’m in a creative lull right now which means I’ll be creating some things that are the manure to fertilize my creative garden, so-to-speak lol :) Since yesterday, I’ve turned my brain into sponge mode and now I’m just absorbing everything I can, looking at websites, videos, photographs, anything to awaken my muse. It’s only a matter of time, and a matter of creating things just for the sake of creating them (not because I love the final product) to get myself out of The Rut.

I haven’t made a card in a while, so I made this one using some leftover Anna Griffin paper from my Sunday Ritual layout and used it in this card. That flower accent came from a set that I’ve had in my stash for a while so I figured I would put it to use.

How tidy of a crafter are you?

Poll time! I figured I’d kinda mix it up a little. If you can’t view the poll for some reason, view the original post here.

Lately these have become my absolute fave, and I found them at Hobby Lobby of all places. They usually don’t have a good selection of designer scrapbook stuff but surprisingly they were pretty well stocked on a couple of the Anna Griffin lines.
