Thanks to my friend Steph, I’ve discovered the deliciousness that is homemade pizza baked on a pizza stone.

I bought a pizza stone from Bed Bath & Beyond using a 20% off coupon. Sadly I couldn’t find a peel though so I’ve had to live without it. Trial and error has led me to a pizza dough recipe that I will now save for future use, which you can find here. It’s soft, tender, bread-like and a little sweet thanks to the honey. It’s like an anti-crust.

Today I made barbeque chicken pizza using rotisserie chicken, yellow bell pepper, green onion, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. It turned out YUMMY.
